Your information when You use the Heartline application, and informs You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Application refers to the software program provided by the Company, Heartline, installed on Your device.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to the developer of the Heartline app.
- Country refers to: Brazil
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Service Provider means any person or company that processes data on behalf of the Company.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (e.g. device model, session length).
- You means the individual using the Service.
Collecting and Using Your Data
Authentication
Heartline offers two authentication options:
- Anonymous Login – You may use the Service without providing personal information. Data will be tied to an anonymous Firebase account.
- Google Account Login – You may choose to sign in with Your Google account. In this case, Firebase Authentication receives and stores Your Google account identifier and basic profile information (such as email address) in order to link Your game data to Your account.
We do not request or store any other personal data beyond what is provided by Firebase Authentication.
Usage Data
The app collects limited usage information automatically to improve stability and performance. This may include:
- Device type and OS version
- App version
- Anonymous usage patterns
- Crash logs (if enabled)
We use:
- Firebase Analytics – to track anonymous usage and app interactions.
- Google AdMob – to serve ads, which may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data in line with Google’s privacy practices.
- Firebase Datastore – to synchronize character and stat data across devices.
Game Data (Characters and Stats)
- Character information (name, description, stats) is stored locally on Your device by default.
- If signed in (anonymous or Google), data is stored in Firebase Datastore, linked to Your Firebase account.
- Data is never shared with third parties except for the storage providers listed above.
Use of Your Data
We may use information collected to:
- Provide and maintain the Service.
- Improve app stability, fix bugs, and optimize features.
- Contact You if You reach out for support.
- Display advertising that helps keep the app free.
Retention of Data
- Character and stat data remain on Your device until deleted by You.
- If cloud sync is enabled, data will remain in Firebase Datastore until deleted.
- Anonymous usage and crash data may be retained to improve app performance.
Transfer of Data
- Game data is stored locally unless You opt into cloud sync.
- If cloud sync is used, data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), which may involve transfer outside Your country in line with Google’s policies.
Deleting Your Data
- You may delete Your characters and stats directly within the app.
- If You wish to delete cloud-synced data, You may do so from the app or by contacting Us.

Security
We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
Heartline is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

Heartline relies on trusted third-party services:
